Q What coins are accepted?
A The netexcel Mk4 accepts $1 and $2 AUS coins only. If other coins are used time is not issued. The coin display prompts you for the correct denominations to be inserted.

Q How long does the $1.00 coin last?
A The factory sets the price to 8 minutes for Each $1.00 coin. [This time can be changed by the owner to any amount.]

Q What is the reliability of the unit?
A The netexcel Mk 4 incorporates the latest software/hardware system that rebuilds the software for each new user. Any viruses that may come into play during the session will be removed when the session times out. Should anything happen untoward, an auto healing monitor will restart the system after an hour of inactivity. [ can be any duration you like to set]

Q Where has the netexcel been tested?
A The netexcel Mk 4 has been developed from its predecessors in a hotel front bar. We feel that this is one of the most demanding environments and have had an extremely small amount of down time.

Q Can I do online banking with confidence?
A Yes. The netexcel Mk4 is more compatible than many other kiosks as it will allow cookies to be written to the drive on a temporary basis. A prerequisite for may types of site interaction.
At the end of the session or by pushing the cleaner button on the coin valuator panel, the machine resets. This in turn cancels any credit remaining, removes all information that was written during the session and returns the machine to a totally clean state. [Even the curser is in the same place]

A One unit takes 700 sq cm. of floor space [two terminals]. Add a chair each side and away you go.

A The netexcel Mk 4 starts with internet explorer open to your home page. Outlook express is enabled for sending mail without an email account. ICQ, AOL,MSN messenger and Yahoo messenger are ready to chat.

Q Can I read attachments?
A Yes. Acrobat reader, Microsoft XL, Word and PowerPoint are loaded and ready.

A A location where there is already a flow of clients.
